- Stir frequently to prevent burning and achieve a smooth, glossy texture.

- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into silicone molds.
- Ensure an even coating and freeze for 2-3 minutes until set.

Prepare the Kataifi Filling:
- Toast the kataifi pastry in a pan or oven until golden brown (5-10 minutes).
- Mix with pistachio spread, tahini, and melted butter or ghee.

Assemble the Bar:
- Spread the kataifi filling over the chocolate layer in the mold.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top, ensuring full coverage.
- Freeze for about 10 minutes to set.

Final Touches & Serving:
- Once fully set, remove from molds and enjoy!
- Optionally, drizzle with white chocolate for decoration.
